Refund Policy For Online Orders Only Through www.nicolaross.ie
*Please note our in-store policy is different and this sections refers ONLY to orders placed online*
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke/ bodily odours / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded. Such items will be re-sent to the original delivery address at the expense of the customer. The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact in an "as new" condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED - items returned "inside out", rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Such items will be returned to you at your expense. Please ensure you complete the returns form with your order. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that deliveries are returned to us.
Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.
How do I return my order?
The process is simple, you choose which way suits you best to return an item. Complete the returns form which is enclosed with your order by filling in all your relevant details. Simply repackage your purchase and enclose your completed form. We have two ways available in which you can return your parcel.
Option 1
You can also return your parcel directly to our offices in Naas, Kildare.

Option 2
Easy returns via DPD is another option that we are offering*

Simply logon to: www.dpd.ie- Continue as a Guest
- Step 1 Choose Nicola Ross from the drop down list of Retailers. Note your order number can be used for the Reference Number.
- Fill out the remaining steps with selecting €5.90 standard payment.
- Select Print Label and attach this label to the Returns package.
- Please ensure Returns section of the order form is filled out and is enclosed in the returns package.
Drop off your returns package to one of the DPD pick up points which are located across Ireland.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card. If your refund has not been completed within 2 weeks, please contact us and we'll follow it up for you.
